about

The second 7" EP and another classic on Montreal's En Guard records. This record was pressed on red vinyl and contains different versions of Planet Bobs and Always A Laugh. Both of those songs were re-recorded in Seattle for the band's first album 'They're Magically Delicious'. This is the only release for the song No Way Out and the smoking fun Billy Bragg cover, Strange Things Happen.

Note: Billy Bragg knows about this 7" and was cool with us covering his song! So we feel comfortable putting it up on Bandcamp here for you to enjoy. :)

about

The Stand GT Lancaster, Ontario

THE STAND GT began jamming in an abandoned chicken coop in Glengarry, Ontario in the late 80s. Soon after they left the farm and went on to release tons of LPs and 7"s while touring relentlessly in the 90s. While mostly on hiatus, the band will still play live sometimes for the right cause...or the right amount of craft beer. ... more
